Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya, in collaboration with Anytime Fitness Bukis Point South Pattaya and Anytime Fitness Again Pattaya, invites you to enjoy a well-balanced fitness experience. Start with a light Beach Run, relax with a mindful Yoga session, and finish strong with an exciting rooftop Body Combat workout — all while enjoying the beautiful Pattaya skyline.

Supported by Anytime Fitness Pattaya, a modern 24-hour fitness center, this event is powered by a team of professional trainers, quality equipment, and a friendly fitness community. From warm-up to the final workout, every moment is designed to be fun, safe, and motivating.

  • Group 2: Start 5 KM Beach Run (40 Guests)
• 07:30 — Body Combat + Cool Down (Rooftop – รวมทุกคน)
