This Halloween season, <\/span>Arbour Community<\/b> invites runners and fitness enthusiasts to start the weekend with <\/span>TRICK & TRAIN: Halloween Running Workshop<\/b>, a special morning dedicated to running, training, learning and recovery at <\/span>Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Taking place on <\/span>Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 06:00\u201310:00 hrs.<\/b>, TRICK & TRAIN brings a playful Halloween twist to <\/span>Wellness in Pattaya<\/b>, combining a city run, running technique, strength and endurance training, recovery knowledge, breakfast and coffee into one morning experience.<\/span><\/p>

The morning begins with PEEK-A-RUN City Run<\/strong>, a 3\u20135 km Halloween morning run<\/strong> led by Coach Benz<\/strong>, a running coach who will guide participants through the route and help make the run both fun and purposeful.<\/p>

Starting from Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya<\/strong>, runners will make their way through Central Pattaya and along Pattaya Beach before returning to the hotel for the next part of the workshop.<\/p>

Participants are encouraged to bring a little Halloween spirit to the run, whether through a spooky accessory, themed running gear or their own creative running look.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Following the Oregon Circuit, participants will join a Post-Run Recovery Session<\/strong> led by Phantep Korkiettrakul<\/strong>, a professional physical therapist specialising in sports rehabilitation physiotherapy<\/strong>.<\/p>

The session will provide practical guidance on recovery techniques, post-exercise care and how to better look after your body after running and training<\/strong>.<\/p>
